I recently moved from sunny southern california to Provo Utah to attend BYU. whenever i would visit before, it was always so dry up here. whenever i wake up my throat is killing me and it takes a while for me to find relief. anyone know any remedies to help with my sore throat and other cold-like symptoms i am experiencing?... read more
